The seventh annual car, truck, and bike show presented by Golden Isles COG offers a family-friendly coastal gathering with a goal of reaching 150 participants. A wide range of awards will be presented, including Top 20 and category honors such as Top Truck, Top Muscle Car, Top Classic, Top Patina, Top Corvette, Top Ratrod, Top Import, and Top Modern, along with People’s Choice, Kids Choice, Pastor’s Choice, and Best in Show. The event features vendor booths, a concession stand, door prizes, a 50/50 drawing, and bounce houses, with voting conducted by participants. Registration is available for $25. Directly after the guild’s monthly meeting, there will be an open sewing session or pre-scheduled classes.

Games & Media Club welcomes fans of video and board games alongside anime, manga, media, and broader pop culture. This gathering is intended for teens and adults, with participation limited to those 12 years and older. Please bring your own gaming console if you plan to use a personal device. Anyone under 16 must either turn in a signed permission slip or attend with an adult.

Cynthia’s Girls Tea of Healing & Hope is a gathering dedicated to honoring Dr. Opal Lee and her century of advocacy, courage, and work toward community healing. It is designed as a supportive, encouraging environment for women and girls who have experienced trauma, domestic violence, or significant life changes to feel affirmed and connected. The event also focuses on launching or furthering the Cynthia’s Girls initiative in the Golden Isles, strengthening local relationships, increasing volunteer involvement, and raising public understanding. Throughout, the emphasis is on recovery and optimism, the resilience to move forward, and the bonds of sisterhood.

Filo the Leader hosts an anything-goes karaoke night at Tipsy McSway’s with spirited energy and fearless performances. Choose your track, enjoy a drink, and commit to the moment... solos, duets, groups, soaring ballads, guilty pleasures, and that rap you are sure you know are all welcome. The crowd keeps it positive with loud support and nothing but encouragement. Arrive early to add your name to the list and bring a friend who is ready to share the mic.

A live band takes the stage at Three Oaks Steak & Seafood LLC to perform a set of favorite songs. Familiar tunes will be performed live throughout the show.

Begin at Brunswick Family Campground for a guided kayaking and private wine tasting experience that combines outdoor exploration with relaxation. After check-in, participants meet an experienced guide, get fitted with provided gear and review safety essentials, then launch onto a scenic six-mile stretch of the Potomac River. This calm section offers frequent sightings of wildlife, including bald eagles, herons and other native species. The paddle wraps up at the Point of Rocks boat ramp, followed by a shuttle ride back to the campground to change. The outing concludes with a caravan to Big Cork Vineyards for a tasting and tour, paired with a cheese and baguette plate.
