The seventh annual car, truck, and bike show presented by Golden Isles COG offers a family-friendly coastal gathering with a goal of reaching 150 participants. A wide range of awards will be presented, including Top 20 and category honors such as Top Truck, Top Muscle Car, Top Classic, Top Patina, Top Corvette, Top Ratrod, Top Import, and Top Modern, along with People’s Choice, Kids Choice, Pastor’s Choice, and Best in Show. The event features vendor booths, a concession stand, door prizes, a 50/50 drawing, and bounce houses, with voting conducted by participants. Registration is available for $25. The event also focuses on launching or furthering the Cynthia’s Girls initiative in the Golden Isles, strengthening local relationships, increasing volunteer involvement, and raising public understanding. Throughout, the emphasis is on recovery and optimism, the resilience to move forward, and the bonds of sisterhood.

Begin at Brunswick Family Campground for a guided kayaking and private wine tasting experience that combines outdoor exploration with relaxation. After check-in, participants meet an experienced guide, get fitted with provided gear and review safety essentials, then launch onto a scenic six-mile stretch of the Potomac River. This calm section offers frequent sightings of wildlife, including bald eagles, herons and other native species. The paddle wraps up at the Point of Rocks boat ramp, followed by a shuttle ride back to the campground to change. The outing concludes with a caravan to Big Cork Vineyards for a tasting and tour, paired with a cheese and baguette plate.
