At Atlanta Symphony Hall LIVE, The Rocky Horror Picture Show: Spooktacular Tour features a complete screening of the unedited film paired with a live shadow cast performance by LDOD, Atlanta’s longest running Rocky Horror cast. Original stars Barry Bostwick, who portrayed Brad Majors, and Nell Campbell, who portrayed Columbia, will appear at this event. CONjuration is a three-day, fan-run gathering that celebrates fantasy, fandom, and playful imagination. Fans of Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings, Dungeons & Dragons, mythology, and whimsical worlds can explore interactive experiences all weekend. Highlights include panels and workshops, cosplay and costume meetups with photo opportunities, tabletop gaming, live game shows, and other participatory events. The program also features music and performances with creative conversations, potion-themed demonstrations and classes, and the popular Broom Ride experience, along with many additional surprises. The event takes place at Sonesta Gwinnett Place Atlanta, and parking is free for all attendees.

Buddy the Elf’s contagious holiday spirit lights up the big screen as CineConcerts and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences bring Elf in Concert to Atlanta Symphony Hall. The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra performs John Debney’s joyful score live while the entire film is shown on a 40-foot HD screen. Directed by Jon Favreau and starring Will Ferrell, the movie has become a modern classic. Debney, whose work includes The Passion of the Christ, Iron Man 2, The Jungle Book, and Hocus Pocus, has called composing this music a highlight of his career and is honored to see it come to concert stages. The story follows Buddy, who was carried to the North Pole as a child and raised by Santa’s elves, then heads to New York in full elf attire to find his father.
