    Celebrate the Autumn Equinox with a free mindfulness session at the Watershed Nature Center that encourages slowing the pace, breathing with intention, and renewing a connection with the natural world. Mindfulness Coach Meg Krejci will guide a gentle introduction to practices shaped by the season’s themes of regrowth and reflection, showing how time outdoors can support presence, stress relief, and overall well-being. The experience welcomes the elements and includes optional time outside to notice the quiet rhythms of the season. All ages are welcome. Attendance is limited to 20 participants, and the group will meet indoors at the Watershed Nature Center. Please dress for changing conditions. About the guide: Meg Krejci is a certified Level 2 Mindful Outdoor Leadership Guide with decades of experience helping individuals and organizations reduce stress and deepen their relationship with nature. Her training includes Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at the Center for Mindfulness at UMass Medical School. With a background in accounting and international business, she has devoted the last 20 years to guiding people through programs at Masterpeace Studios, a nonprofit based in St. Louis.
