Her training includes Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at the Center for Mindfulness at UMass Medical School. With a background in accounting and international business, she has devoted the last 20 years to guiding people through programs at Masterpeace Studios, a nonprofit based in St. Louis.
