Because the pantry collaborates with FreeStore Foodbank, clients are asked to self-declare whether their income meets certain guidelines. Families above those thresholds are still served, and volunteers explain which items are available to take home. At check-in, each family receives a yellow reusable bag with a unique number to help speed up future visits. The pantry is a ministry of Christ Church Glendale and Quinn Chapel AME.
