Bullseyes Sports BarMadam Radar
Americana rockers MADAM RADAR deliver a big, colorful sound built on tight four-part harmonies, searing lead guitar, and original songs that swing from gritty to heartfelt. This close-knit outfit is truly family and friends. Rhythm guitarist and singer Jace Cadle is married to lead guitarist and singer Kelly Green, who is the sister of drummer and singer Kody Lee, who is married to bassist and singer Violet Lea. Kelly, Violet, and Jace share the spotlight at the mic, and the songwriting rotates among the members, so each set moves through fresh perspectives while the voices blend in rich layers. The band has shared bills with Bon Jovi, Arc Angels, Lukas Nelson, Candlebox, 3 Doors Down, Hayes Carll, Jack Ingram, Shinyribs, Jackie Venson, and comedian Ron White. Honors include two Sonic Guild grants, and they were the first Austin-based act to play the Moody Center. Their catalog traces an evolution from early releases as The Texas KGB, including Songs in the Key of Pain and Welcome Home recorded at 512 Studios with Omar Vallejo, to the self-titled Madam Radar created at The Finishing School with producer Gordy Quist of The Band of Heathens and engineer Steve Christensen. They returned there for SPEAKS, which debuted to a sold out release show and earned radio praise in Austin for the single Hands. They later cut Hole in My Head at Escondido Sound with Curtis Roush, followed by MOTEL, crafted with Steve Berlin of Los Lobos and Grammy-winning engineer Michael Brauer, a collection inspired by life on the road and the connections made along the way. On stage, look for Kelly on lead and slide guitar with vocals, Kody on drums, saxophone, and vocals, Jace on rhythm guitar and vocals, and Violet on bass and vocals.

Ray Leo's at LamascoAlastair Greene Back at Mojo's!
Alastair Greene brings a blistering blend of blues and rock, pairing soulful vocals with fearless guitar work and a deep sense of groove. Raised in Santa Barbara and based in Austin, his musical path was shaped early by a household filled with piano and records by artists like The Beatles, Stevie Wonder, and Elton John, classical insights inspired by Bach and Beethoven, and a family legacy that includes his grandfather, trumpeter Chico Alvarez of the Stan Kenton Band. After early years on piano and saxophone, the guitar took center stage in high school as heavy rock and, ultimately, the blues lit the fuse, with influences ranging from B.B. King and Buddy Guy to Johnny Winter, The Allman Brothers Band, and Stevie Ray Vaughan. A Berklee College of Music alum, Greene founded his own band, released a dozen solo records spanning studio, live, and compilation projects, and earned accolades along the way, including a four-star DownBeat review and a Rock Blues Album of the Year nomination from Blues Blast Magazine, plus appearances on multiple year-end best-of lists. His resume includes global touring with the Alan Parsons Live Project, along with stints with Starship featuring Mickey Thomas and Blues Music Award winner Sugaray Rayford. He later teamed with Tab Benoit’s Whiskey Bayou Records, opened more than a hundred of Benoit’s shows across the United States, and went on to sign with Ruf Records. Recent releases highlight his live firepower. A concert EP captured in Las Vegas while opening for George Thorogood distills the band’s unfiltered energy, chemistry, and joy, featuring the single Temptation alongside Trouble At Your Door, Standing Out Loud, Slow Burn, and a fiery take on Meantown Blues in tribute to Johnny Winter. Expect funky, swamp-tinged rhythms, muscular solos, and a sound that nods to Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble, Gov’t Mule, The Allman Brothers Band, and Cream, all funneled through Greene’s own voice. Critics from outlets such as DownBeat, Blues In Britain, Blues Music Magazine, Rock & Blues Muse, and Blues Matters have praised his songwriting, singing, tone, and guitar prowess.
