    Scouts' Honor

The District Theatre, 627 Massachusetts Ave, Indianapolis · verified Aug 7
    See details

From the creators of Dysentery! The Musical comes a fresh original musical comedy about scout cookies, legal pandemonium, and the perils of fundraising taken too far. Lacy pledged to serve her troop and her country, yet she now finds herself in court after pushing cookie sales past the limit. A minor dispute over unpaid boxes explodes into a full-blown spectacle with rival scouts at odds, dubious legal maneuvers, hard-charging sales workshops, testimony set to music, and a persistent question about who is truly at fault when merit badges, bonuses, and snack-fueled capitalism collide. Brimming with larger-than-life characters, cheerfully sharp-and-silly jokes, and gloriously over-the-top musical numbers, this satire puts badges, justice, sisterhood, and the high-stakes world of youth fundraising under the spotlight. It suits fans of courtroom comedies, musical parodies, cookie-season hijinks, chaotic legal antics, and anyone who has ever been gently talked into buying a box outside the grocery store.
