Along with food, a limited selection of baby items may be available. Cribs and mattresses are provided only through referrals from Hamilton County agencies including Good Samaritan, Birthright, Healthy Families, and the County Trustees. Other supplies for little ones, such as clothing up to size 2T, formula and baby food, high chairs, and strollers, may be offered when on hand. The pantry is one of the few in the area to carry these baby resources, underscoring its commitment to supporting neighbors in need.

A free, sensory-friendly Touch-a-Truck hosted by Bierman Autism Centers takes place in Westfield. A female-driven narrative, it expands the world established by Frankenstein, Beauty and the Beast: Not Your Parents’ Fairy Tale, and The Grotesque of Notre Dame. Auditions and rehearsals will take place at Oaklandon Unitarian Universalist Church in Lawrence, and the production is slated for Fonseca Theatre. Performers should prepare a monologue and be ready to read sides from the script. Headshots and resumes are not required, though they will be accepted. Roles include Moira, a powerful young woman constrained by her master until a mystical ally introduces her to a liberating sisterhood, Gwydion, the bright-spirited being who wins her heart, Torren, a charismatic instructor with a darker side, Willow, the grounded leader of the druid grove, Rowan, Willow’s fiercely loyal partner whose suspicion of Moira sparks tension, Hazel, an outspoken former student of Torren, Juniper, the shy youngest druid with hidden strength, Mattheson, a royal guard whose investigation reveals a mystical world, Iona, Moira’s childhood friend who returns to find unexpected change, Young Moira and Young Iona, King James, a prudent ruler devoted to peace and art, Duncan and Agnes, Moira’s parents, Mrs. Breck, a neighbor in Moira’s village, and soldiers in service to the king.
