Between the remodeled school building and the newer office annex, hundreds of square feet of raised beds feature mixes of household herbs, tea herbs, and other flowering plants. Signs at each bed describe what is growing and how and at what stage it can be harvested. Individuals are welcome to cut some of the herbs for their own use, with plenty available for all. Weather permitting, the club gathers near the raised beds outside the main entrance to pull weeds, harvest plants, and drink tea.
