Restorative Yoga and Guided Meditation
Compass Point, home of Dirty Girl Adventures, partners with Katie of Kalalapa Yoga for a restorative yoga class that blends Hatha and Yin. The practice is designed to develop strength, steady balance, conscious breathing, and mindfulness, and each session ends with a guided meditation so participants finish feeling calm and renewed. When the weather cooperates, some classes may move outside to offer a quiet break from everyday life. Walk-in cost is $15, and a punch card is available for ten classes at $10 each. Katie brings a background in education, a 200-hour yoga teacher certification, and active community teaching, including sessions at Iron Warriors Gym in NOTO.

This event is part of a new series rather than a single regional event, with classing and rules expected to closely follow the Midiv Solo Series. Season trophies are planned and will be awarded to SCCA members at the end of the season.

A local Topeka automotive swap meet and car show is in the works at Darana - Heartland Motorsports Park, designed for enthusiasts and families to explore parts, showcase vehicles, and see what is happening around the track. The organizer is gauging interest and will share more as plans take shape. Featured activities are expected to include an automotive swap meet, a car show, a car corral, kid-friendly options like a bouncy house and face painting, and a selection of food trucks. Current estimated pricing is $15 for car show entries and $10 per spectator car load. Vendor spaces are anticipated at $50 for 20'x50' or $35 for 10'x25'. Car corral spaces are estimated at $30 for 10'x20', and garages at $125. With a military ID, the estimated rates are $10 for car show entries, $5 per spectator car load, $40 for a 20'x50' vendor space, $30 for a 10'x25' vendor space, $20 for a 10'x20' car corral space, and $100 for a garage. All transactions are cash only. Online ticketing is expected to be added after setup and testing, and layout maps are planned to be shared soon.

Tyler Ayler Clinic
Riders work directly with Tyler Ayler in small, hands-on obstacle clinics hosted by the Kansas Ranch Versatility Club. Coaching centers on building confidence and clear communication, sharpening obstacle approach and departure, crafting smart course strategies, earning extra points, and solving problem areas for both horse and rider. Two options are available, Session A and Session B, with each limited to six riders, and three openings remain in each. The format emphasizes individualized instruction and practical application to elevate obstacle execution and competition readiness. All participants must register, and a place is secured only after the registration form has been submitted. A separate World Prep Clinic is also offered to help riders polish obstacle skills for higher level competition.
