Guided by instructor Lori Jupiter, this all-levels vinyasa session weaves breath, mindful movement, and meditation to support healing in the body. Offered monthly for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, it provides a supportive community to engage in practice at a comfortable pace. The flow balances invigorating poses with slow, calming transitions to encourage intentional body awareness. Participants are invited to arrive as they are, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover joy in movement while nurturing a sense of belonging and shared healing.

This weekly pool tournament features a single-elimination format with races to two, and the break alternates between players. A modified APA ruleset applies, with no slop and every shot called by ball and pocket. The buy-in is $20. Play begins promptly and late entries are not accepted.
