Experience a free summer yoga class at Buttonwood Park led by certified yoga instructors from the New Bedford Wellness Initiative. The class is open to the public and welcomes all levels of wellness. Please bring a yoga mat, a towel, and water. Blocks are optional. Park at the Warming House, then cross the street to the right toward the Buttonwood Arboretum via the greenhouse and playground.

Designed for ages 2 to 3, it focuses on music, movement, imagination, and play while supporting confidence, coordination, independence, and classroom readiness. A free trial is available. Families can choose a nonrecital option with no costumes and no stage performance for a full season of learning, or select a recital path that requires a costume and dance shoes and includes a live stage performance for family and friends. Enrollment is open, and space tends to go fast.
