    Breathe & Bloom: Meditation Journey

Dreki Soul, 40 Maine Ave, Easthampton · verified Aug 17
    See details

Breathe & Bloom offers a guided breathwork and meditation journey that invites participants to let go of stuck energy, reconnect with inner wisdom, and open the heart to growth. Through focused breathing patterns, the body’s innate capacity to release, renew, and expand is awakened. The approach is gentle yet potent, calming the mind, supporting nervous system balance, and making room for new possibilities. After the breathwork, the session shifts into a restorative meditation that weaves guided imagery, grounding practices, and affirmations to plant clear intentions. The inner landscape is tended like a garden so it can bloom in its own time. This experience welcomes anyone looking for stress relief and emotional steadiness, greater clarity and focus, a deeper connection to self and spiritual growth, and a safe space to rest, recharge, and reset. The guide is Nicole Keegan, owner of Dreki Soul and an Embodiment Healing Practitioner. Her path moved from feeling frequently triggered and weighed down by trauma to embodying a fierce feminine energy devoted to healing. She is a Thai Yoga Practitioner, Reiki Master, Somatic Yoga and Breathwork Facilitator, and an ordained High Priestess. Yoga became her bridge between mind, body, and soul, cultivating mindfulness and compassion. She embraces yoga as presence woven into everyday life, and as this connection deepened, sitting in meditation became more natural. Over time she incorporated rituals that support spiritual growth and healing.
