Explore a space dedicated to reuse at the ReCenter located at the Glendale transfer station. Visitors can drop off items that others might need and pick up free finds to take home. Entry is available to anyone with a Northampton waste sticker or a ReCenter-only sticker, which can be purchased on site. Sticker holders are welcome whether or not they live in Northampton.

Guided by a range of 5Rhythms maps, this class offers instruction and experiential prompts that help participants drop into the practice. Created by Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms® is a simple, expressive movement path with no set choreography, inviting the dancer within every body to emerge, whatever the shape, size, age, ability, or level of experience. Over the course of a Wave, participants explore the five rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness, not to master them but to receive what each has to offer. Each session provides time to arrive, move solo, and follow gentle guidance through music and verbal invitations. Dancers may be encouraged to deepen an inner journey, meet a partner for a brief or longer exchange, or move as part of the whole room. Because you, the group, and the teacher are different each time, every class unfolds uniquely and opens new movement landscapes. To support those with chemical or scent sensitivities, please come scent free and avoid perfumed products, strongly scented detergents, and essential oils as much as possible. Community care includes clear touch and consent practices. In this nonverbal dance space, make eye contact before initiating physical contact and honor each person’s sovereignty. If touch is not welcome, communicate that with a simple gesture, such as a respectful greeting, crossing the arms, or stepping away. All are recognized and welcomed across race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, body shape and size, language, and age. The space is accessible to all bodies. A land acknowledgment is included in respect for the homelands of the Nipmuc, Pocumtuc, and Nonotuc peoples, noting the Native settlement known as Norwottuck or Nonotuck, whose name refers to the middle of the river. It honors those who lived, danced, and worked on this land before the present day.

Presented by DSP Shows and The Drake, this Amherst concert features Big D and the Kids Table with Matamoska. Big D and the Kids Table, a Boston ska punk band formed in 1995, arrives with The Good Ole American Saturday Night, the group’s first full-length release in five years. The album reunites them with producer Joe Gittleman of The Mighty Mighty BossTones, who previously worked on Strictly Rude and Fluent In Stroll, as well as Matt Appleton of Reel Big Fish and Goldfinger, producer of their 2021 album Do Your Art. The performance takes place at The Drake in Amherst, MA.

Sunday features Hunters, Equitation, and Pleasure classes from Leadline up to 2'9", with medals for both WNEPHA and NHHJA. The show is open to all horses and riders, including new divisions such as Beginner Rider and Green Horse, and includes special 3 County Fair Handy Hunter classes sponsored by local businesses. Monday is all jumpers, and riders can celebrate the Fair’s theme of America’s 250th Anniversary by wearing red, white, and blue for their jumper classes. This WNEPHA rated show is open to all riders with no non member fees, and points for members count toward 2026 year end awards.

Becca's Soldiers presents the 7th Annual Family Fun Day and Awareness Stroll, a fundraiser focused on raising awareness of ovarian cancer, offering a space for patients to meet, and supporting women in Western Massachusetts as they undergo treatment. The day starts with check-in and T-shirt pickup for pre-registrants alongside day-of registration, followed by welcome speeches. Participants then head out for the Awareness Walk, and activities continue with a Family Fun Day. Food trucks will be available, music is provided by Tom McCusker of Knight Productions, and photography is provided by Inspire Me Photos. T-shirts will be available for purchase for those who do not register.

Sierra Ferrell brings the Heavy Petal Tour to The Pines Theater at Look Park in Northampton, MA, presented by DSP Shows. The West Virginia-born, Nashville-based singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist is a standout in roots music, following the 2024 release of Trail Of Flowers on Rounder Records. That album earned her Artist of the Year and Album of the Year at the Americana Honors & Awards, along with four GRAMMY wins for Best Americana Album for Trail Of Flowers, Best American Roots Performance for Lighthouse, Best Americana Performance for American Dreaming, and Best American Roots Song for American Dreaming. Known for lively, captivating shows across North America and Europe, she blends bluegrass, old-time traditions, and gritty honky-tonk with vivid, contemporary storytelling. Created with producer Eddie Spear and additional production by Gary Paczosa, Trail Of Flowers features contributions from Chris Scruggs and guest appearances by Lukas Nelson and Nikki Lane, with sessions largely at Sound Emporium Studios. The record moves from the driving Fox Hunt to the haunting Rosemary, the swinging Dollar Bill Bar, and the harmony-filled I Could Drive You Crazy, while American Dreaming reflects on striving for a good life in a consumer-driven culture. Ferrell has collaborated with Margo Price, Old Crow Medicine Show, and Post Malone, and her earlier full-length, Long Time Coming, drew praise from outlets including Pitchfork, Paste, Pop Matters, and No Depression.
