Ninja Conditioning Camp offers a focused four-hour training session in the gym where kids work with coaches on age-appropriate obstacles, conditioning, and technique. The program builds stronger ninja athletes through a structured 45-minute full-body workout that targets upper and lower body strength, agility, core, cardio, and grip, followed by obstacle conditioning and technique instruction. Campers also have guided open gym time to practice specific challenges with coach support, along with skills training, stretching, rock climbing, ninja and climbing games, and course runs. Intensity is adjusted by age group, and participation is recommended for children who have trained in ninja for at least a year under a qualified coach. All fitness and stretching plans are designed by Certified Personal Trainer Jenny, and all obstacle programming is created and overseen by Certified Coach and ninja athlete Dave. Pricing is available as $75 for a single day or $215 for the first child and $180 for the second when registering for all three dates. The daily flow includes check-in and bag drop, warmup, group conditioning, a lunch break, technique and practice, climbing, games, course runs, and a guided open gym with pickup.

Created for children ages 5 to 9, this summer camp blends ninja-style obstacle courses, rock climbing, and both group and team challenges. Each day balances guided coaching with time to explore freely, keeping the focus on building confidence, staying active, and having fun with friends. The daily rhythm features check-in and bag drop, a warmup and name game, a quick review of camp guidelines, targeted obstacle instruction, open gym sessions, a collaborative team challenge, a snack break, a closing event or game, and pickups. Families can choose a single day or all three days.

Summer in the City 2026 offers a free, teen-focused experience from the Old Colony YMCA for ages 12 to 18. Participants can expect a supportive, creative environment to meet peers, build community, try new skills, and express themselves through the arts and group activities. Program offerings may include painting and other visual arts, hands-on creative projects, team activities, community outings, and opportunities to grow social and leadership skills. Now in its fifteenth year, this back to school celebration at TD Garden focuses on helping students return to class with essentials. Families can receive backpacks, school supplies, winter coats, and other resources. All spots are currently filled. Last year, support from TD Garden, The Salvation Army Massachusetts Division, and the City of Boston helped 3,500 Boston-area families prepare for the new school year. Each session begins with a brief grounding practice, followed by a guided conversation about common caregiver experiences, with time set aside for open discussion. Simple stress management tools are shared to support well-being. This four-week program requires registration, is intended specifically for parents and caregivers with pre-crawling infants, and does not include siblings. Participants are encouraged to attend the full series. This program is funded by the Coordinated Family and Community Engagement grant awarded to the Quincy Braintree Family Network by the Department of Early Education and Care.
