    Ninja Conditioning Camp offers a focused four-hour training session in the gym where kids work with coaches on age-appropriate obstacles, conditioning, and technique. The program builds stronger ninja athletes through a structured 45-minute full-body workout that targets upper and lower body strength, agility, core, cardio, and grip, followed by obstacle conditioning and technique instruction. The daily flow includes check-in and bag drop, warmup, group conditioning, a lunch break, technique and practice, climbing, games, course runs, and a guided open gym with pickup.
