Settle into a calm, supportive setting for a group iRest Yoga Nidra meditation guided by Jess. This community session focuses on deep rest and replenishment for body, mind, and spirit. The practice can help regulate the nervous system, cultivate inner calm and a sense of safety, increase self-awareness, support overall health, and improve sleep and mood. All attendees who can rest quietly for a 35 to 40 minute guided practice are welcome. Mats, blankets, bolsters, chairs, and eye pillows are provided, and you are welcome to bring a mat, pillow, blanket, or other cozy comforts.
