An antique snowmobile show featuring mini bikes welcomes participants to display their machines. Bring sleds in any condition, running or not, along with old mini bikes for others to see. This gathering focuses on sharing and showcasing these classics with fellow enthusiasts.

Experiment freely with glass as you design a custom piece of table art in this Level 0 session. Create an abstract arrangement, a landscape, a flower garden, or any idea you imagine using a mix of unique shards, glass pieces, frits, and stringers. The finished work will measure 6 by 15 inches. It will be fused and shaped so it can stand upright on a flat surface without support. Cost is $85.

Associate Curator Ben Champagne leads Warhol Unfiltered, a gallery talk that pulls back the curtain on the exhibition while exploring Andy Warhol’s art, life, and lasting legacy. Hear how the show came together, discover the backstories behind featured works, and gain fresh perspective on Warhol’s influence on art and popular culture. Themes vary from one edition to the next, so each talk offers a distinct focus. Wake Up With Warhol adds coffee, tea, and fresh pastries before a final look at Andy Warhol and the Image Machine. Ben Champagne shares insights into Warhol’s work and the making of the exhibition, then guides a tour through the galleries. A live screen printing demonstration rounds out the experience, and attendees take home a small screenprint as a keepsake. Advance registration is required and space is limited. Admission is $30 for SAM Members and $25 for Non-Members.

Opening day brings a season of fall family fun to life with three spots to check out. The Retail Barn operates on Saturdays and Sundays. The Food Trough Trailer and Concessions Stand are open on Saturdays and Sundays as well, with the trailer closing a little earlier than the final posted hours. The Watering Trough Bar serves on Saturdays and Sundays, unless it is closed for a private event.

Children ages 4 to 12 read aloud to a therapy dog during individual, timed sessions arranged based on registration and arrival order. This in-person program takes place at the Alice and Jack Wirt Public Library, and the dogs enjoy listening to young readers. An adult should supervise or remain in the library.

Classic Women of Country returns to Kohl Farms after a strong response last year. The 16th edition of the Driathlon brings a three-sport challenge that trades laps in the pool for time on the water. Organized by the Bay City Morning Rotary Club, this event features a 5K paddle, 20K bike ride, and 5K run. Participants can partner up for the Team or Relay divisions or take on the course solo in the Kayak Division. Proceeds support the club’s fundraising efforts and are directed back into the community.
