    Step into the past with a guided walk that begins on the porch of The Pines, once the home of Herbert H. and Grace A. Dow. Along the way, archival photographs, letters, and journals help reveal how the grounds looked when they were the Dow family’s private residence. The route explores the Estate Garden, leaves paved paths, and includes about 1.5 miles of walking on uneven terrain. It is best suited to avid walkers and is not recommended for strollers, wagons, wheelchairs, or personal mobility devices. Please arrive at least fifteen minutes early to allow time to walk to the house. Capacity is limited and reservations are required. Adults are $5 plus admission, and children 0 to 17 and students with valid ID are $3 plus admission. This outdoor program may be canceled due to weather.
