He will be joined by Rick Richards and Jack Saunders from his Texas band for a full honky tonk rock and roll experience. A founding member of Commander Cody and his Lost Planet Airmen, Kirchen is known for the Telecaster sound and riffs that helped propel Hot Rod Lincoln into the national Top Ten. Guitar Player Magazine has recognized his command of the instrument, and his music spans rock and roll, blues, bluegrass, Western swing, and California honky tonk. Over more than five decades he has released a dozen solo albums, toured internationally with Nick Lowe, and performed or recorded with Doug Sahm, Gene Vincent, Elvis Costello, Dan Hicks, Emmylou Harris, Linda Ronstadt, Bruce Hornsby, and Link Wray. Enjoy a summer evening of live music at the Bedford Library’s Summer Music Series. The Bedford High School Marching Band opens the program from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM, followed by a performance by Patrick Caligiuri P3K playing from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. There will be food available for purchase from Loaded Gastro, plus yard games and family fun. Bring a lawn chair or blanket to relax on the lawn, and note the concert is outdoors at the gazebo area. If the weather turns, the concert moves to the Community Room inside the library while food trucks remain on-site.

Bank of Ann Arbor’s Sonic Lunch presents a free summer outdoor concert in downtown Ann Arbor featuring Lost Mary and Racing Mount Pleasant. Lost Mary is the songwriting project of Luke Martin and David Johnson III, rooted in folk storytelling and shaped by both traditional and modern Folk and Americana influences to craft songs that feel personal yet widely relatable. Their sound evokes front porches, late nights, and smoky basements. Racing Mount Pleasant appears with Sam, Sam, Casey, Kaysen, Callum, Connor, and Tyler. Food trucks on site offer lunch for purchase, and the series is a collaboration led by Bank of Ann Arbor and ann arbor’s 107one.

A free concert during happy hour features singer and songwriter Lila Fetter. She has been creating music since childhood and is now working to make it more than a passion. After releasing her second album, “Ray of Sunshine,” last summer, she looks forward to sharing those songs and stories with a live audience. Raised in Ann Arbor, she is excited to perform in her hometown before returning to the East Coast to begin her junior year at Boston University.

Presented by Innovation Concerts, this show brings Unhealthy While Unhinged to the stage at Frankies with support from Fault of the People, Death Hex, Fabricate, and Segtendo Entertainment System. Tickets are priced at $10 when purchased in advance or $15 on the day of the show, and there is an additional $5 charge for attendees under 21.

Raynes is a British American trio offering polished, hook filled folk pop. The group began when North Dakota natives Mat Charley and Joe Berger discovered UK vocalist Mark Race on Instagram, exchanged messages and calls, and soon welcomed him to the United States to form the band; Race later commemorated the flight with a tattoo of the number. Since then, Raynes has signed with Sony Music Publishing and released six singles and four EPs, drawing hundreds of thousands of monthly listeners and tens of millions of plays, with coverage in Billboard and People. They have appeared at BottleRock Festival and in clubs, concert halls, and amphitheaters across the United States and the United Kingdom, building a reputation for a high energy show. In 2025 their version of I Want You to Want Me was featured in an episode of Love Is Blind on Netflix. Their music features close harmonies, unusual instrumentation, and poetry inflected lyrics, blending folk, rock, and chamber pop with Celtic and worldwide influences for a sound that defies easy labels.
