TK’s Tournaments presents its first Golf & Bowl Tournament, combining 18 holes of team golf with a three-game bowling series. Teams consist of four players, capped at 28 entries, with an entry of 660 dollars per team or 165 dollars per player, and a total prize fund of 11,300 dollars. The golf round is a four-person scramble at Kaufman Golf Course, and the bowling segment at Station 300 uses total pinfall across three games. This is a scratch competition. With a full field, payouts are set at 2,400 dollars to the top three teams in golf, 2,400 dollars to the top three in bowling, and 5,900 dollars to the top four overall based on combined results. Presented by i understand and honoring Founding Partner Biggby Coffee, the event began through a collaboration between the two organizations and has grown into a West Michigan tradition that welcomes individuals, families, businesses, schools, and community leaders who believe in the power of support and connection. Participants may run or walk, remember and honor loved ones, or show encouragement for those living with a mental or brain illness and those affected by suicide loss. Registration includes an official event T-shirt, a finisher medal, post-event refreshments, access to community resources and activities, and photo opportunities with HOPE the mascot and Star Wars friends. The course is newly certified, starts and finishes at Grant Pavilion, and follows the Millennium Park trails. On event day, packet pickup and late registration take place at the Grant Pavilion in the morning, with chances to visit local vendors under the pavilion. Every finisher earns a medal, and additional prizes go to the top three overall male and female participants. Winners must be on site immediately after the event to receive awards. Virtual participants are not eligible. This year’s shirt is a long-sleeve unisex performance style that typically runs one size large for women. Guaranteed sizing is offered until the posted cutoff, and after that shirts and sizes are first come, first served at packet pickup for late registrants.
