The story asks whether they can bridge their differences and reach for the stars together. The production extends a 27-year tradition of imaginative, physically dynamic, visually striking, award-winning work, with choreography, script, music, projection and lighting design, and performances by Twin Cities artists. One performance offers ASL interpretation and audio description. Seating is fully accessible at tour locations, while restroom access is limited. The Neighborhood Garage Tour centers inclusion and access for artists and audiences of all abilities, thoughtfully weaving verbal and nonverbal communication into the artistry so that accessibility is part of the performance. The annual tour has been spotlighted on TPT’s MN Original and Fox 9 News, and has reached more than 3,600 Minnesotans with 120 performances of four original works presented across 44 neighborhoods in 17 municipalities throughout the Twin Cities metro.
