Together, participants focus on supporting nervous system balance, practical ways to care for core wellness pillars, and understanding personal energy with simple clearing practices. Time is spent mindfully among the trees, then a group reiki meditation aims to guide participants into a theta state and signal the body that healing is safe, helping to unwind unhelpful loops and patterns. Please bring a blanket or towel or a yoga mat, an optional pillow, water, and a journal with a pen. No prior experience is required, and ages 16 and older are welcome.
