Before settling in for the meal, enjoy casual activities like games and visiting the goats. While dining, take in views of the alpacas in their habitat, followed by time inside the enclosure for hands-on interactions. The outing continues with a tour aboard a military vehicle for a unique look around the farm. This outdoor event is suitable for all ages. As it takes place on a working farm, expect uneven or muddy ground and wear closed-toe shoes. The experience runs rain or shine. Brunch is planned for the orchard, with a move to the main building in the case of heavy rain. Space is limited. Afterward, the garden center is open to explore with a wide selection of plants, trees, and garden essentials.

This concert series features live performances by local bands along with burgers, hot dogs, and cold drinks. Test rides on in-stock motorcycles are available without obligation, with proper riding gear and a motorcycle license required. It is suitable for both riders and non-riders and works well for friends and families.

Yarns Group at Chaos & Color is a cozy fiber arts meetup for knitters, crocheters, stitchers, and anyone who loves yarn, texture, and slow craft. Attendees can bring a work in progress, start something new, or simply enjoy time stitching in good company. The gathering welcomes all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned makers, and all fiber arts are embraced, including knitting, crochet, embroidery, and weaving. A warm, quiet corner of the studio is set aside for yarn lovers, and drop ins are welcome throughout the session. All ages are welcome, with kids attending alongside an adult. Pricing follows the Curious Creator tier at $15 per hour, or $5 for the whole session when bringing personal materials or an in progress project.

The Lees Summit location also hosts live music on Thursdays and Saturdays.
