Fit + Flow at Fenton is a wellness and creativity festival that brings together elements from the Triangle Yoga Festival and the Peak City Fitness Festival. It’s a community event with a full morning schedule, set at Fenton in Cary.

Expect music, cold drinks, and plenty of laughs, and plan for fun rain or shine. Remember chairs, towels, and sunscreen. This is a members only event.

Cooking with Annesty presents a hands-on cake decorating class for ages 16 and up. Learn how to stack layers, apply a neat crumb coat, smooth buttercream, and practice piping so you can complete a polished two-layer, six-inch cake. Registration includes pre-baked cake layers, decorating tools, step-by-step instruction, light refreshments, a starter decorating kit, and a finished cake to take home. Admission is $50, and space is limited.

Doors open before the performance, and guests should note the venue has a two-item minimum purchase requirement in the showroom.
