The People’s Card Shop features a full day of Pokémon Trading Card Game play in the Standard format. The League portion is free to enter and runs for three rounds, with prizes that scale by results. One win earns an old prize pack. Two wins award one of the latest prize packs plus an old prize pack. Three wins grant a booster from the newest main set along with both a latest prize pack and an old prize pack. A separate Standard Play Event is also available with a $10 entry that includes exclusive promotional card or cards. The number of rounds depends on attendance, and players receive a pack for each match win. Raffle drawings may take place after the second round, offering chances at items such as free entry, sleeves, snacks, and more. A judge will be present to help with rules questions during matches, although strategic advice will not be provided.
