A monthly Reiki Share at ONE Wellness Center offers complimentary energy healings from Reiki practitioners. Sessions are available on a first come, first served basis in the upstairs Journeying Room, and no reservations are required. Rooted in Japanese healing traditions, Reiki comes from the words rei, meaning universal, and ki, meaning vital life force energy that surrounds and moves through living beings. It is not a religion, and both practitioners and recipients may follow their own beliefs. Practitioners do not give their personal energy, they serve as channels for universal life force to flow to you. Encouraging this movement through the body and mind can help create a healthier internal environment.
