The Ward Melville Heritage Organization brings back Pop-Up Saturdays in Stony Brook Village, a six-part series of free, family-friendly experiences filled with animals, music, art, and magic. Activities take place in the Village’s Inner Court near Crazy Beans and the Waterfall Garden. The lineup features Hope for Cleo Animal Rescue, Magic of Amore, Uncle Tony’s Reptile Shack, Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons, Storytelling Princesses, Sweetbriar Nature Center, Poetry in Stony Brook, and caricature artist Marty Macaluso. Events are planned rain or shine, with weather-related updates shared on WMHO’s website and social media. Sponsored by Suffolk County Legislator Steve Englebright, the office of Economic Development and Planning, and Apple Bank. A summer of interactive fun for all ages.

Enjoy a lively family performance of Disney's Moana Jr. Follow Moana as she sets sail across the Pacific to save her village and uncover the truth about her heritage. Along the way, Moana and the legendary demigod Maui go on an epic journey of self discovery and friendship, with an uplifting message about bravery and selflessness.

A back to back metal tribute at Katie's of Smithtown features Victim of Changes and Remember Tomorrow. Victim of Changes returns with Judas Priest classics along with rare gems that most tributes skip. Remember Tomorrow follows with Iron Maiden favorites, complete with appearances by Eddie. Two tributes share one stage to celebrate the sound and legacy of heavy metal.

The RudyMentals take the stage at Shine Sessions for a benefit show raising funds for charity. Further details will be shared as they become available.

DakhaBrakha brings their folk sounds to District Music Hall in Norwalk for an evening show. The lineup features DakhaBrakha.

Presented by the Salvadoran American Chamber of Commerce, this celebration of Salvadoran American Day is billed as one of Long Island’s largest Salvadoran cultural gatherings with free admission. The festival highlights tradition and community with savory pupusas, live music and entertainment, and family friendly activities. Guests will find cultural showcases alongside vendors and community organizations, a lively pupusa eating contest, and opportunities for small businesses to connect with neighbors. It is a welcoming, community focused event centered on heritage, flavor, and fun.

A celebration of America’s 250th comes to Stage 74 at the Suffolk Y JCC, featuring the music of American Jewish artists performed with a live band. Cantor Steven Hevenstone and Cantor Alexandre Schinazi share the spotlight for an evening of song and celebration.
