Intermediate serves those who often go Rx but still modify certain skills or loads, creating a bridge between Scaled and Rx while staying competitive. Scaled welcomes newer athletes or anyone who frequently adjusts movements and weights, focusing on participation and an approachable challenge. Expect a series of workouts that test strength, endurance, skill, and teamwork. The environment blends friendly energy with competition, and divisions are structured to keep matchups fair and enjoyable. It is an opportunity to push limits, represent your gym, and showcase what consistent training can deliver. The aim is simple. Participants give their best and discover what they can do.
