By participating, guests accept the inherent risks of physical activity and are responsible for staying within their own comfort and ability. The Terminal, organizers, instructors, and affiliated parties are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss or damage to personal belongings. Instruction is led by Cara Bessko, a teacher with more than twenty years of experience rooted in Hatha traditions. Her approach blends deep, unhurried vinyasa with elements of Yin and restorative practice, and is informed by anatomy, alignment, somatics, therapeutics, and trauma sensitive methods. She has worked with a wide range of students, including professional athletes and differently abled individuals, in corporate, private, and virtual settings. Sessions emphasize breathwork and an integrative toolkit that may include whole body and brain yoga therapy, movement, stillness, mantra, visualization, crystal singing bowls, and EMDR inspired modalities. Their Sub Pop debut, Green World Image, reimagines Seattle’s post grunge lineage for a tech-centered present with anxious momentum and self-aware bite. Fans of Snõõper, Devo, Guerilla Toss, or Sweeping Promises may feel right at home. Tickets are $15 in advance and $17 the day of show.
