Based in Central Ohio, The Groove Brothers Band has spent more than 14 years on stages across 400-plus shows and earned the 2022 QFM96 House Band Contest title. Their debut album, New Day, recorded with Joe Viers at Sonic Lounge Studios, has reached listeners around the world, with multiple singles featured on QFM96’s Archie’s Homegrown Thursday’s.

The Glass City Record Show brings a large music marketplace to The Stranahan with more than 75 tables of new and pre-owned finds. Browse LPs and 45s alongside CDs, cassettes, posters, memorabilia, vintage stereo equipment, storage supplies, and other music essentials. Selections span classic rock, pop, metal, punk, prog, ’80s favorites, blues, jazz, soul, R&B, country, bluegrass, and more. General admission is $2 and paid in cash at the door. The program opens with El Corazon de Mexico Ballet Folklorico, a local group presenting traditional folkloric dance. The headliner, Los Aztecas, is a Toledo-based Tejano and Latino band formed by four brothers. Their father, Reyes Longoria Sr., started the group in 1975 to share authentic Tejano music from Texas and Mexico with audiences across the Midwest, later stepping back in 2010 after bringing all of his sons into the band. Everyone is welcome, and guests may bring blankets and lawn chairs to relax with friends and family. Food from local food trucks will be available for purchase throughout the event.
