The 58th Annual Halftime USA Band Festival showcases halftime-style performances by multiple local high school marching bands, welcoming audiences of every age. The Parade of Bands opens the festivities, followed by the main show, and the evening wraps up with drum wars and an awards ceremony. Merchandise such as spirit wear and buttons will be available, and food and treats can be purchased from The Little Lemon and Kona Ice. Advance tickets are cash only and available at Wayne Sporting Goods and through the Bursar at Wayne High School. Gate admission is $7, and parking is free. Dayton Gay Men’s Chorus welcomes prospective singers for vocal auditions at Westminster Presbyterian Church in downtown Dayton. If you can match pitch, you are encouraged to take part, whether you have not sung with a choir in years or are brand new to choral singing. Auditions include a brief meeting with artistic director Kathy Clark and a series of exercises to evaluate tone, range, and overall vocal skills. Interested participants can register for an audition through the chorus website. This season features the holiday program Peace is the Word and the Pride concert I Want My DGMC: A Tribute to the Music Video Generation. Parking is available in the lot across from the church, with no QR payment required.

His sound has been refined by years of performing on the road, including appearances with Carnival Cruise Lines from 2018 to 2020, and his creative work also includes audiobook narration and voiceover.
