The evening features a Walk of Fame induction on the West Federal Stage, followed by a set from the Jam-Hi Band, and YO!Nights at the Youngstown Foundation Amphitheatre featuring No Funk No Justice. Restaurants and bars throughout downtown add to the atmosphere with specials and entertainment, creating a welcoming night to stroll, discover, and celebrate the community.

The performance includes the group’s most recognizable hits alongside new songs from the album 3 Chord Trick, produced by Alan Clark and Phil Palmer, plus a few surprises. With Dire Straits’ catalog that has sold over 120 million albums worldwide, the set draws from six platinum releases and features classics such as Money for Nothing, Sultans of Swing, Romeo and Juliet, Walk of Life, Brothers in Arms, Tunnel of Love and more. On stage are Dire Straits veterans Alan Clark, the band’s first keyboardist, Phil Palmer and Danny Cummings, who both recorded On Every Street, and Mel Collins, who appeared on the singles Love Over Gold and Twisting by the Pool.
