No previous yoga experience is needed... if you can breathe, you can participate. Wear any clothing you feel comfortable moving and stretching in. Practicing barefoot or in socks is common, and keeping shoes on is also fine. You can take part from a chair or on a mat, choosing what feels best for your body. While welcoming the public, the class is created with veterans, service members, and first responders in mind.
