The space emphasizes compassion, curiosity, and gentle awareness so patterns, beliefs, and experiences can be witnessed and integrated. The session concludes with a grounding sound bath to support integration and soothe the nervous system. Facilitation is led by Jess Spain, who holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Child and Family Studies from Portland State University. She previously served as a counselor with a focus on the Indigenous community and developed group curricula rooted in mindfulness, DBT skills, and emotional intelligence. Jess is a Portland, Oregon Indigenous spiritualist enrolled with the Cow Creek Umpqua, a Reiki Usui Master and Level 2 practitioner, a sound healer, mindfulness teacher, astrologer, and a certified 200-hour yoga instructor.
