Bring a yoga mat, a large towel or blanket to place under it, water, and blocks if you have them. Wear comfortable clothing and consider layers, since it can be breezy by the water. Parking is available in a lot that provides the shortest walk to class, or in a larger lot at the opposite end of the park if you do not mind a longer walk. Weather-related updates are shared on the event page, and it is often cooler at Rocky Point thanks to refreshing sea breezes. A $10 donation is appreciated, with cash preferred. No reservation is needed, and some participants like to relax after class with a soft drink or, on hot days, take a quick dip in the bay.
