Move Fitness & Yoga partners with Amy Spadafora for an aerial sound bath that pairs sound healing with the gentle support of an aerial hammock. Participants are guided into the hammock, helped into a comfortable resting position, and then immersed in the tones of singing bowls. These calming frequencies are intended to reach the body at a cellular level, fostering deep relaxation, easing stress, and supporting emotional and physical well-being. Expect to finish feeling centered and refreshed. The fee is $40 per person, with a 15 percent discount for members. If a hammock is not preferred, a non-hammock spot can be arranged by request.
