Pumpkin Party is coming to Chick-fil-A Southaven with a fall celebration for all ages. Children 12 and under can receive a free pie pumpkin to decorate, and no registration is required. Ages 13 through adult can take part in a pumpkin carving contest as teams of two. The entry fee is $20 per team, pumpkins and carving utensils are provided, and prizes range from $150 to $50 with awards for Overall Winner, Most Creative, and People’s Choice. Nationally recognized online safety speaker Ben Tracy of Haven Online Safety leads a session designed to help adults guide children through the digital world with safety and responsibility in mind. The program takes place at First Assembly Church. Complimentary childcare is available for children through fifth grade with required registration, and walk ins are not allowed. Experience a tram tour across a 96-acre garden, with a new theme each month included with standard garden admission. Trams depart about every 25 minutes, with timing adjusted for daily attendance and events. Seating is first come, first served and service will pause during rain. Memphis Street Rods teams up once more with Collierville Classic Cars to present a season of cruise nights on the historic Collierville Town Square. The event features opportunities for car owners to display their vehicles, paired with a relaxed evening for friends and families to explore standout rides from across the Mid South. These cruise nights take place every other Wednesday, creating a recurring community gathering on the square. Organizers encourage the community to spread the word.

A two day celebration at Catholic Church of the Incarnation features big carnival attractions, live music, shopping, and food. The music lineup spans both days with performances by Rock the Boat, Thumpdaddy, Redhead Rendezvous, Reagan Strange and Bob Boccia, The Pinch, Souled Out, Six Feet Thunder, and Formerly Known As. Explore a vendor fair with more than 50 sellers, check out a car show, and see who comes out on top in the barbecue cooking contest. Students in grades 6 through 12 can share original speeches and monologues at the Belz Theater, with all pieces centered on the theme of bullying. Entries are grouped into four divisions that distinguish between middle and high school participants as well as speech and monologue. Prizes are presented to first, second, and third place in each division. The program includes a deadline for submissions followed by a separate competition event.

Marking its 42nd year, this community festival fills downtown Munford with a full day of arts and crafts. Local creators set up vendor spaces to showcase and sell their work, and an entertainment stage highlights performers from the area throughout the day. A car show runs alongside the festivities. Artists and makers can apply for booth space for a nominal fee, with returning vendors given the opportunity to keep their previous location before openings are offered to new participants. New vendor applications are accepted only after that renewal period. Booths are not sold online, and applications must be submitted in person.

Hogs 4 Dogs is a family friendly dog show at Bumpus Harley-Davidson of Memphis with the Ruff Ryders. The day features canine contests, prizes, food from the grill, vendors, music, and more. Proceeds support the Ruff Ryders Dog Division Scholarship Fund, which helps high school graduates continue their education in animal studies. Adoptable pets from Dogs 2nd Chance will be on site. K9 RIP with handler Lillian from Allegiance Canine will present a protection demonstration, and Allegiance Canine will also offer an obedience showcase. The Ruff Ryders will be serving hamburgers and hot dogs. Awards include first, second, and third place in each class, along with one overall winner. Registration is $25 per class with one dog allowed per class. Age divisions are 8 weeks to 2 years, 3 to 4 years, 5 to 6 years, and 7 years and up.
