Participants will cover heat awareness and hydration, preparedness and navigation, group hiking best practices, and regional trail conditions and safety tips. The event is free to attend, registration is required, and there are no walk ins. Check in at Visit El Paso through the Visitors Center entrance. After the class, attendees can take part in a free community sunrise hike, with accessible options available.
