It is a chance to get exercise your way, whether you prefer to walk, run, chat, or even carry weights. Dogs are welcome on a leash. Bring what you need for a safe time outside. Pack at least 2 to 3 liters of water, wear comfortable closed‑toe shoes, and wear a hat since there is no shade on the route. Snacks can be helpful. Bring any personal medications you may need, and use hiking poles if you like them. This outing is family friendly, pet friendly, and stroller friendly. All are welcome.
