This 10th anniversary event crowns the next Mr. Sun City and Miss Sun City 2026, along with Miss Texas Empire and the first ever Mr. Texas Empire International 2026. Expect music, snacks, and local vendors, plus special performances by the official dance team, Midrash Dance Company. Tickets are $25 when preordered and $30 at the door. Vendor opportunities are available for those interested in participating.

Set in the heart of downtown El Paso, this country music festival celebrates the Borderplex’s cultural mix while supporting community, tourism, and local growth. Highlights include the Chili Challenge, The Quest For The Best Margarita Contest, and performances by nationally touring country artists, all infused with influences from three states and two countries. Expect regional talent, warm hospitality, flavorful food, and a climate that keeps the dance floor lively. VIP ticket packages can be picked up at the Plaza Theatre Box Office starting two weeks before the event. The festival takes place rain or shine.

Lady A brings a free outdoor concert to Speaking Rock Casino, open to guests 21 and older. The trio is celebrated for tight harmonies, heartfelt songwriting and a sound that blends country with rock and pop. Their track record includes 11 number one country singles and more than 9 billion streams. The hit “Need You Now” is certified 12 times Platinum, the highest certification for a song by a country group. Accolades include ACM and CMA Vocal Group of the Year honors for three consecutive years, seven GRAMMY Awards and additional recognition from Billboard, People’s Choice and Teen Choice, along with a Tony Award nomination.

These ongoing Sunday morning meditations focus on steadying the mind through shared presence. The gathering is inclusive and open to everyone, whether seasoned in practice, just beginning, or anywhere in between, and drop-ins are welcome. No registration is required. Attendees are encouraged to come exactly as they are for quiet, seated meditation in community. Sessions are led by Molly Butler. Donations are accepted in support of the hosting 501(c) non-profit organization.
