A weekend at Blue Lagoon in Huntsville, Texas with Southeast Texas Scuba focuses on training and time in the water. Divers can complete open water checkouts, take part in specialty training sessions, or simply enjoy relaxed fun dives alongside local divers. It is an opportunity to build experience, connect with new dive buddies, and explore a popular freshwater diving spot in Texas. Space is limited.

Guided by Nataly Canché, this hands-on workshop introduces the fundamentals of relief printmaking. Participants will carve an original design into a rubber block using lino cutting tools, then apply ink and pull their own prints. The session wraps up with a collaborative print and pass activity, where blocks are shared so everyone can combine imagery and create distinct collaborative artworks.

Jeff Ruby brings a free solo acoustic set of original songs to The Red Brick Tavern. The show is open to all ages. An Indiana-born troubadour, Ruby writes from a lifetime of experience, shaping narratives about hard living, social issues, and resilience with a candid voice and quiet grace. Raised on a farm in rural Indiana, he gravitated toward the mood of Seattle grunge and the big melodies of Brit-pop, teaching himself guitar along the way. Early stock market success in college fueled reckless drinking and a shift toward a business degree, which left him burned out and eager to return to music. In 2004 he moved to Orange Beach, Alabama, gave up drinking, started writing songs, and progressed from open mics to paid gigs. He later settled in Nashville with a guitar and a small batch of songs, released his debut EP Beyond The Pale in 2010, and has kept up a steady pace of performances and albums ever since.

Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers make their debut at The Table at Madeley in downtown Conroe, bringing their Southwest-influenced sound for a single night of live music. Emerging from the alternative rock hit Banditos with The Refreshments to leading one of America’s celebrated independent rock and roll acts, the band blends rock, country western, punk energy, and mariachi textures. Known for electrifying shows and enduring songs, they have been called the Springsteen of the Southwest, reached the top of Billboard charts, headlined at Sammy Hagar’s Cabo Wabo Cantina, founded the Circus Mexicus festival in Mexico, and earned induction into the Arizona Music & Entertainment Hall of Fame. Expect favorites such as Banditos, Mekong, Down Together, and Nada along with more fan staples.
