Storytime with Kassie takes place at Theodore Johns Library on Tuesdays. The session is led by Kassie in the library.

Set inside Central Mall between TJ Max and Target, this twice-a-month, fully indoor farmers and crafters market offers climate controlled comfort regardless of the weather. Browse approximately 50 local small business vendors, explore newly opened mall stores, and enjoy lunch from spots such as Cici’s Pizza and Central Seafood. Each purchase at a booth earns an entry toward a gift basket filled with items from many participating vendors. For vendors, the sole point of contact is Dick Cox, and anyone else requesting booth payments is a scam.

Band Nite returns with a new slate of original live music from Southeast Texas artists. The lineup features Ricky Millz blending hip hop and pop, OUTOFBODY bringing metal, hardcore and metalcore, Kj Tha Great showcasing rap, and Sammy Elo with hip hop. This all-ages show requests a $5 donation at the door.
