OMNi offers a fast paced pickup soccer session that centers on community, competitive spirit, and inclusive play for every skill level. The format shifts with turnout to keep things flowing and fair. With 24 players or fewer, expect an 11v11 style setup with rotating substitutions and balanced squads. When attendance is higher, players are organized into several teams of roughly eight to nine, then rotate through short matches and mini games so the tempo stays high, touches are frequent, and wait times are minimal. Each matchup is played to three goals or ends at the 15 minute mark. House rules emphasize respect and safety. Fighting, harassment, or aggressive behavior lead to immediate removal and suspensions that can extend further depending on the incident. Slide tackling at an opponent is not allowed, though sliding to block or intercept the ball is permitted as long as it is not dangerous. Shoulder to shoulder challenges while playing the ball are acceptable, but body checks without an attempt to play the ball are not. Tackles from behind are prohibited. Infractions can result in yellow cards, two yellows equal a red, and a red means removal from the match with possible additional suspension. Substitutions must occur only during stoppages and teams are expected to manage their own rotations. For coed sessions, teams must field at least six players total with at least one female player on the pitch at all times, and rosters should remain large enough for safe, competitive play. Sessions may run on indoor or outdoor turf depending on the occasion. Beyond the matches themselves, the focus is on staying active, building connections, competing together, and strengthening the local soccer community, whether you are a former player, currently in a league, a weekend regular, or returning to the game.
