Each session blends horsemanship, psychology, and coaching in the moment to help you move past the barriers affecting both rider and horse. Training time can include groundwork, confidence building, dressage and classical in-hand work, mindset development, and working equitation, with focused attention on fear and anxiety. Participants receive tailored, in-depth sessions along with structured opportunities to practice, reflect, and refine. Support covers both the mental and technical sides of riding, and the group remains small to encourage meaningful progress.
