Explore a hands-on Touch-a-Truck on the concourse at Delta Dental Diamond at Centennial Field, featuring a lineup of vehicles to see up close, including hot rods, cranes, and first responder vehicles. Now in its ninth year, this Miles for Migraine gathering in Vermont brings people together at Veterans Memorial Park in South Burlington to move, connect, and raise awareness about migraine and headache diseases. The program includes a 5K run with professional timing, a two mile walk, and a relax option. All runners and walkers receive a finisher medal, and purple themed outfits may earn a fun prize. A festive day in the park celebrates Latin American music, flavors, dance, culture, and art, presented by BCA in collaboration with the Vermont Professionals of Color Network, Maiz Vargas Sandoval, Love Burlington, and Church Street Marketplace. The celebration begins with a community parade featuring Sambatucada, then continues with a full slate of performances and cultural highlights. The lineup includes DJ Amanda, Cintia Lovo, Los Songoros, Sonido Mal Maiz, and Alma Picante, with appearances by Laura Sanchez-Parkinson and Ray Vega. Community spotlights feature the Vermont Professionals of Color Network and UVM Alianza de Latines. Sets are crafted to burst with West Side Chicago drive, ease into soul searching slow numbers, then lift the room with Texas flavored funk and a New Orleans rumba boogie. Guitarist, vocalist, and bandleader Dennis Willmott brings a lifetime in the music, from early inspiration by Leadbelly and Mance Lipscomb to formative encounters with Lightning Hopkins, Sonny Terry, and Brownie McGhee, through coffeehouse performances in Boston and a later turn to electric blues that led to the creation of this band.

World Ballet Company brings Swan Lake to the stage with a sweeping retelling where fate and magic intertwine and the struggle between good and evil comes to life. A cast of 50 international dancers performs amid hand-crafted sets and more than 150 hand-sewn costumes. Signature moments are showcased, from the Dance of the Little Swans to the Black Swan’s renowned 32 fouettés, all set to Tchaikovsky’s celebrated score that underscores each scene of dreams, heartbreak, and redemption. The performance runs approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, including a 20-minute intermission, and is suitable for ages 5 and older. Special pricing is available for groups of 10 or more.
