Registrations are closed for this CPR/AED and First Aid training at Luther's Table. The class focuses on lifesaving skills using American Heart Association Heartsaver materials, led by AHA-certified instructors. Training covers adult, child, and infant CPR/AED, with options that include CPR/AED only, First Aid only, or a combined CPR/AED and First Aid course. This is an in-person session with free parking available, and participants must be 12 or older, with those under 16 required to be accompanied by an adult.

Intro to Dragon Boat (public/non-members only)

Get a beginner-friendly introduction to dragon boat rowing at Renton Rowing Center. The session includes everything you need, with equipment and coaching provided. You’ll be set up with a paddle and a PFD, get a safety briefing and basic commands, and learn the fundamentals of how to paddle dragon boat. After you’re lined up for seating, you’ll head to the dock to load the boats and practice on the water. The session ends back at the dock with time for refreshments and conversation. The match requires 88 rounds of ammunition and is focused on developing and maintaining shooting skills with military rifles.
