Guided by Tone Circle Founder Briana Blythe and the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, the session weaves gentle meditation with freeform vocal toning to quiet mental chatter, regulate the nervous system, and support alignment of mind, body, and spirit. It is a nonreligious, embodiment-based experience, and no singing background is needed. Attendees sustain simple sounds such as hums or open vowels with nothing to learn, memorize, or perform. Her songs explore longing and courage, giving room to difficult emotions alongside beauty. Echoes of her Portuguese heritage color her expression. After years of feeling between cultures, music became a place for honest self-knowledge. Her debut album, Diamonds & Demons, opened the way for performances in intimate and large settings internationally, favoring presence over perfection and sincerity over showmanship. The cathedral environment offers an open floor concert experience where quiet picnics are welcome. Seating is mostly open, with a few reserved seats at the front, and includes pews, benches, chairs and floor space around the stage. Bringing cushions or blankets can make the experience more comfortable. A bar is available with ID and proceeds from alcohol sales support local music and nonprofit work through community sponsors. An elixir bar, local beer, wine, cider and snacks will be offered. Outside alcohol is not permitted. St Mark's is ADA accessible, with a wheelchair seating area near the front to the left of the stage. Service animals as defined by the ADA are allowed.
