Voices United Inclusive Poetry Slam brings a welcoming spoken word gathering to Badger Brothers Coffee, celebrating personal storytelling and community connection. It is free to attend and open to people of every age and background, whether sharing their words on stage or listening from the audience.

The first Dubuque Night Meet brings together cars, trucks, and bikes for an evening gathering hosted at the Finnin Ford dealership. Event parking costs $10 cash per vehicle, while spectator entry is free. Parking will be regulated, so groups that arrive together can park together and saving spaces is not allowed. Daily drivers are asked to use alternative parking and walk in. VIP packages offer prime reserved parking and photos of your ride. Food will be available from Hibachi Time and drinks from Grind Coffee. A 2-Step Contest is planned later in the evening, and organizers are looking to make Dubuque part of their regular rotation with more plans for next season.

Ryan Bizarri brings a night of heartfelt country originals to BrewTown Saloon, showcasing the storytelling and stage presence that have taken him from the Illinois-Iowa Quad Cities to Nashville’s storied rooms. Expect a set filled with his own songs, radio singles, and fan favorites such as "That’s Gold." Bizarri co-wrote the Rodney Atkins hit "Eat Sleep Love You Repeat" with Walker Hayes, has performed at the Bluebird Cafe, and was a top 10 finalist in a nationwide CMT songwriting contest. After years in Nashville, he returned to the Midwest in 2022 and now tours the region with a laid-back vocal style that blends Midwest and Southern influences, drawing inspiration from artists like Garth Brooks, Brad Paisley, and Alan Jackson. BrewTown Saloon hosts the show in a lovingly restored mid-1850s building that once served as a brewery saloon, offering historic character with a welcoming live music atmosphere. The kitchen features cracker-crust pizza, jumbo chicken wings with a choice of sauces, and a range of specialty sandwiches and entrees, along with cold beer and loaded Bloody Marys. Admission is free for this live music performance.
