Jack Yoder takes the stage with The Doublewide Disaster for a set steeped in raw Americana, blues grit, and alt-country swagger. Based in Denver, he draws on decades as a sideman in rockabilly, punk, rock, and outlaw country, so the performance carries history along with a spark that keeps every moment alive. His latest album, Dumpster Fire, released in August 2024, highlights that range, from the defiant drive of “I Made It to Here” and “Hammer Down” to the tenderness of “I’ll Still Be Your Friend.” The evolution continues from earlier releases like Wagonload from 2020 and the Southern Crescent 4-Track EP from 2022, which blended originals and covers, including a heartfelt take on R.E.M.’s “Driver 8.” On stage, Yoder is joined by Tony Hecker on drums and Joe Colomb on bass, a tight trio that turns the material into a full-bodied live experience. Sheboygan cover band Nitro Five performs at M&T’s Gibbsville Orchard with a five-piece rock lineup featuring songs by Journey, AC/DC, Cheap Trick, and Blink-182. Families and friends can spend the day picking apples, browsing the gift and bakery shop, and playing outdoor games. Food and beverages are available for purchase. Myles Wangerin returns to M&T's Gibbsville Orchard after a couple of years for a live solo performance. The singer songwriter and WAMI award recipient brings a solo set on guitar, drawing on influences that include Garth Brooks, Brad Paisley, The Steve Miller Band, and AC/DC. Alongside the music, the orchard offers games, apple picking, a bounce house, and a gift store. Food and drinks will be sold on site. Carry-ins are not permitted, pets are not allowed, and there is no cover charge. Seating is limited, so bringing lawn chairs is encouraged.
